DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:

Deposit of $500 per passenger ($525 if paying with a card) is due at registration to reserve your space. Open spaces are filled in the   order that registration forms are received. Checks should be made out to “HOPE EXPERIENCE TOURS” and credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also participate in the Zelle money transfer program.

PAYMENT IN FULL for the trip is due on MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2025. Checks can be mailed to the address below or call Rod at 303.489.6345 to give card information. Zelle payments to Hope Experience Tours can be sent using hopeexperiencetours@yahoo.com to connect to our option. (Please make sure to include your name in the notes should you use the Zelle option)

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TRIP PRICING

• • 11 nights of 4-star hotel accommodations in Netanya, Tiberius and Jerusalem
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily including a special St. Peter’s Fish lunch on the Sea of Galilee and a special farewell dinner in Jerusalem at the end of the tour.
  • All airport and hotel transfers plus a full 10 ½ day sightseeing program as outlined on the itinerary by private motor coach with a government licensed guide
  • All entrance fees to all sites
  • Round trip economy class airfare from Newark to Tel Aviv on El Al Israel Airline
  • Airport departure taxes
  • All gratuities to bus driver, tour guide and hotels including bellhops, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff
  • Bottled water daily on the bus

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Pricing is based on double accommodation meaning two persons sharing a room in one bed or twotwin beds. Hope Experience Tours reserves the right to make changes in the hotels, if necessary, for the proper handling of the tour. A limited number of private rooms are available for a supplemental charge. Three to a room can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for information.

MEALS
All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are provided each day.

TRANSFERS AND TOURING IN ISRAEL
This is provided by a modern, air-conditioned and wi-fi equipped bus and includes the full sightseeing program outlined in the itinerary.

PORTERAGE
Each passenger is allowed one piece of “normal-sized” luggage. Porterage is provided at the airport upon arrival, at each hotel upon arrival and departure.

FLIGHTS AND BAGGAGE
One piece of checked luggage per person is allowed and carried free of additional charges by El Al. The total combined dimensions (length plus width plus height) cannot exceed 62 inches. The maximum weight must not weigh over 50 pounds. Please refer to www.elal.com for all baggage
rules and regulations.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TRIP PRICE

• Personal items such as laundry, cell phone charges, shopping, treats, lattes, personal gifts, etc…
• Seat upgrades on the flights to and from Israel
• Passport expenses
• Purchase of an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) to enter Israel. This is a new item that anyone coming to Israel must purchase prior to arriving in Israel. It will cost about $8, takes about 10 minutes to do online, and is good for 2 years from the date of purchase.

You DO NOT need to purchase this until you have confirmed you are joining the tour.

PASSPORTS
All travelers in the group will need a valid US passport. Israel requires that your passport not expire for at least 6 months beyond the date that you DEPART Israel. For this tour, your passport must not expire prior to November 6, 2026. If you do not currently have a passport or yours is expired, please apply for a new passport as soon as possible. It can take several months to receive and your passport information will be needed in December to finalize the flights.

INSURANCE
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended. Please go to www.allianztravelinsurance.com to view available policies. You can also purchase health coverage here for the trip should your personal health insurance not provide coverage internationally.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES
July 22, 2025 – December 8, 2025, there is a $100 cancellation penalty.
December 9, 2025 – February 19, 2026, there is a $500 per person cancellation penalty.
February 20, 2026 – April 22, 2026, there is a 100% Cancellation penalty.

PHYSICAL CHALLENGES
If you are in a wheelchair or face physical challenges making it difficult for you to walk distances or up/down either inclines or stairs, carry your suitcase or the like, we would still love you to join us though you will need to have a travel companion come along who can assist you with these
activities. Please notify us at registration if you have any physical conditions that may affect you while traveling.
